The delivery includes an automated solution for laser boom cutting and welding manufacturing. Significant investment in a modern automated welding production solution is part of the family-owned Dinolift\u2019s development initiative and future strategy.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are proud manufacturers of DINO mobile elevating work platforms since almost 50 years, based in Loimaa. We continuously develop our production processes and operations to provide safe and reliable lifts to our customers all over the world. Our current growth strategy includes major investments in R&amp;D, digitalization, and factory automation. Pemamek is known for their high level of skill and competence, and we are very happy to develop our welding automation in cooperation with them\u201d, says <strong>Dinolift\u2019s CEO, Karin Nars<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The highly advanced PEMA solution brings significant improvements to Dinolift\u2019s boom manufacturing process. The station\u2019s modern technology utilizes laser for cutting and welding, producing the high-quality and dimensionally accurate final product. The station is managed with visual PEMA WeldControl 100 and PEMA CutControl 150 systems, which increase the station&#8217;s ease of use and production control.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBoom manufacturing is one of the critical phases in the production of elevating work platforms. By investing in modern manufacturing technology developed by Pemamek, we ensure the reliability of this strategic manufacturing phase and significantly improve our productivity\u201d, says <strong>Timo Knuutila, COO at Dinolift<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>As a part of the investment, Pemamek provides support for both, the search of welding parameters and the station&#8217;s lifecycle services. The investment covers a maintenance contract that includes annual maintenance, updates, and remote support.
